Additive 4140:
Anionic Low Foaming Emulsifier is a mixture of surfactants blended in pine oil. This range allows water incorporation in oil based coating systems. Further, this range is widely used for high PVC paints like primers, oil based putty etc. In addition, it can also be incorporated with water in enamels.

Addition of “Additive 4140” stable Emulsion resulting in longer stability
Imparts Anti-settling Properties to the Dispersed Pigments / Extenders
No water separation on storage as well as on Thinning down

Direction for Use:
To the determined quantity of Water add “Additive 4140” and mix thoroughly’
Prepare Coating System as per established formulation. Add above mixture of Water & “Additive 4140” slowly with agitation
One can replace White Spirit / Mineral Turpentine Oil used for Thinning Down by aforesaid mixture of Water & “Additive 4140”Dose Level:0.3 to 0.5% w/w on Total System permits 18 to 20% water incorporation
