Platform Description

MarketDeed serves as a listing and networking platform that enables businesses to showcase their profiles and list products or services. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers, but we are not a party to any transaction. The Platform does not verify or endorse any supplier, and it does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any products or services.

Buyer Responsibilities

  2. Assumption of Risk:
    Any transaction or interaction initiated between a buyer and a seller is solely between those parties. MarketDeed is not responsible for, nor does it guarantee, the accuracy of any listing, the legitimacy of any seller, or the quality of any products or services.
  3. Hold Harmless:
    Buyers agree that MarketDeed shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or interactions with sellers.

Seller Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Representation:
    Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their business, products, and services. Misrepresentation or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
  2. Verification of Information:
    It is the seller’s responsibility to verify that all information provided on the Platform is correct and complies with applicable laws and industry standards.
  3. Assumption of Risk:
    Any issues arising from the accuracy of listings, product quality, or service performance are the sole responsibility of the seller. MarketDeed is not liable for any disputes or damages resulting from transactions between sellers and buyers.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall MarketDeed be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions conducted between buyers and sellers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketDeed, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms
